Privacy Policy

Last updated — June 2026

Your trust matters as much as your journey. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book or enquire, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. We handle your data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for clients in the European Union, the GDPR.

01 Who is responsible

Phenom Switzerland is the controller of the personal data described here.

02 What we collect

We collect only what we need to arrange and deliver your transport:

03 How we collect it

We receive your data directly from you — through the booking form, by telephone, email or messaging — and, where applicable, from partners who arrange travel on your behalf, such as hotels, travel agencies or corporate accounts.

04 Why we use it & our legal basis

05 Addresses & mapping

To suggest addresses, calculate routes and estimate prices, our booking tool uses third-party mapping services (including Mapbox and routing providers). The pickup and destination locations you enter are processed by these providers solely to return suggestions, distances and routes. We do not place your personal details in map links.

06 Cookies & analytics

Our website uses essential cookies to function and, with your consent, Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics data is pseudonymised and is not used to identify you personally. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie notice, and you can clear cookies in your browser settings.

07 Who we share it with

We share data only as far as needed to deliver your journey, and never sell it. Recipients may include:

08 International transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside Switzerland or the EU. Where data is transferred abroad, we ensure an adequate level of protection through recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

09 How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — typically up to ten years for invoicing records — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

10 Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@phenom-services.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or your local supervisory authority within the EU.

11 How we protect it

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections, access controls and trusted processors — to keep your information secure. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same discretion we bring to every journey.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service or the law evolves. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown at the top of the page.
